Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Shelter Institute

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our Maine campus, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
